It's Wednesday, September 16th. Meta One opened globally with nine tiers, where $7.99 bundles the app Plus features with a larger Meta AI allowance. Salesforce in Claude landed with 37 skills that update your pipeline once you approve. Plus a website footer rebuilt from a single screenshot.

In Today’s Top Tools, we spotlight some of the most innovative, creative AI apps that we recommend adding to your stack.

TOOL SPOTLIGHT

1️⃣ Meta One Turns Meta AI Into A Metered Product

Image from Meta

Meta One started rolling out Tuesday, where $7.99 bundles the Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Plus features with a larger Meta AI allowance.

About the Tool

Meta opened Meta One on September 15, extending the single-app Plus plans from earlier this year across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Meta AI. The company reports 15 million subscriptions and trials to date.

  • Bundle the Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Plus feature sets with a larger Meta AI generation allowance on Core at $7.99 a month.

  • Step up to Premium at $19.99 for the largest generation allowance, the tier Meta aims at AI power users.

  • Run a business from $14.99 for Meta Business Agent capacity on WhatsApp, a verified badge and impersonation protection. Scheduling, exportable analytics and team access without password sharing start at $49.99.

Plans start at $2.99 and are rolling out gradually, with pricing and availability varying by region, app and account. Meta points subscribers to the Meta One website.

Look at what Core actually contains. Three app feature sets that used to be sold one at a time, plus a larger allowance of Meta AI generation, folded into one $7.99 line. Meta has bundled the thing you already wanted with the thing it wants you to meter, which is how subscription ladders usually start. The allowance is the part worth watching, because an allowance teaches habits. You batch prompts. You stop regenerating for fun. After two decades of billing advertisers for attention, Meta is now billing you directly for compute, and that is a different relationship with the same apps.

2️⃣ Salesforce In Claude Writes Changes Back To Your Pipeline

Image from Anthropic

Anthropic and Salesforce shipped a beta plugin with 37 skills that pulls a seller's accounts, opportunities and pipeline into Claude under their existing permissions. The write path is the story. Claude drafts stage changes, contact roles and close plans, then files them once the seller approves.

About the Tool

Anthropic released Salesforce in Claude on September 15. Admins connect Salesforce once for the whole organization through AgentExchange, then sellers sign in with their own credentials and Claude reads only what their permissions allow.

  • Open a scheduled morning brief that pulls today's meetings, deals closing soon, at-risk opportunities and threads still waiting on a reply.

  • Score an opportunity against your team's methodology, then have Claude draft the business case, a dated close plan and the contact roles nobody filled in.

  • Edit an interactive pipeline dashboard and push those changes straight back into Salesforce, with a Slack connector reading the deal channels alongside it.

Available in beta on all paid Claude plans; admins request access through AgentExchange.

The write path moves the hard problem from retrieval to the approval gate. Anthropic says Claude asks for approval before each write by default, and that default is the whole product. Watch what it asks permission for and what it does quietly. Seven thousand Salesforce sellers are already working inside it, and GitLab, Siemens and Legora have rolled it out. So the question for your team is whether you trust a draft that arrives already filed, and who signs off on it.

What 120 Chapters Are Building Through October 31

You just read about two tools. Here is somewhere to point them. Hack for Humanity is two weeks in, with 120 AIC chapters in 50 countries building through October 31. Each chapter picked its own problems, drawn from what 250,000 people named during Humans in AI Week in June: job displacement, technical literacy, accessibility. No sponsor brief, no product to validate, no predetermined answer. MLH, Google, Lovable, Snowflake, and Databricks are backing the builds without steering them. Find one happening near you or start one in your city.

🎓AIC AUTOMATIONS

🦁 Stop The AI Slop, Go Borrow Some Taste

AI-built sites all look alike because the model reaches for an average. Hand GPT-6 Astra a reference instead and the average goes away.

Everything I built with AI used to look the same. Same gradient, same rounded cards, same three-column feature grid. Technically fine, completely forgettable. The model has no taste, it has an average, and an average is what you get when you ask for something modern and clean.

So I stopped describing and started pointing. I found an interactive footer on Inspora, really liked how the character sat under the link columns, and rebuilt the idea on my own site with a lion.

Left, the post I found on Inspora, by @AdityaSur11, made with Hailuo AI. Right, what shipped on my website with GPT-6 Astra.

The Repository

Six sites, one job each. Open one with the element already in mind.

Bookmark the list. It is the part of this you will reuse.

Six galleries, each covering one slice of the web. You shop for a single detail instead of a whole redesign.

  • Inspora. Recent visual work, updated hourly, filtered by Web, Branding, Product, Motion, Illustration, 3D and Print. This is where the footer came from.

  • Mobbin. Over 1,000 iOS and web apps, browsable as complete flows. Start here when you want to see how a whole journey works.

  • Refero Styles. DESIGN.md files written for AI agents: colors, typography, spacing, components and rules. Hand one to your agent instead of describing a style.

  • Supahero. Hero sections only, handpicked. The part of the page that decides whether anyone reads the rest.

  • 60fps. Animation and interaction details from best-in-class apps. Use it when the thing you want is a motion, not a layout.

  • The Component Gallery. 60 components across 95 design systems, 2,671 examples.

Five Moves

  1. Pick your slice. One gallery, one element. Supahero for a hero, 60fps for a motion, The Component Gallery for a component, Inspora for anything else.

  2. Save the reference. Screenshot the exact post. "Character peeks up behind the footer links" beats "more playful."

  3. Give GPT-6 Astra the screenshot plus your constraints. Name your palette, name your type, say whether it may add a dependency, and say what is not allowed to move.

  4. Ask for the gap before the code. Have it list what the reference needs that your site does not have yet.

  5. Ship one detail, then stop.

Sample Prompt: Here is a screenshot of a footer I like. Rebuild this effect for my site using my existing palette and type, with no new dependencies. Before you write any code, list what this reference needs that my current footer does not have.

Dos and Don'ts

  • Do translate the reference into your own tokens first. Map the reference onto your palette, type scale and spacing before you build, or you get a transplant that never quite matches the rest of the page.

  • Do check the license on anything you downloaded. Templates, component kits, icon sets and fonts all carry terms, and free usually still means attribution.

  • Don't blend five references into one page. Each one carries its own logic, and averaging them gives you a page with no point of view. One reference per element.

Pro Tip: These galleries are the design version of a habit that pays everywhere. Before you build anything, send an agent to find who has already built it. For code that is GitHub and the docs of the thing you are about to reinvent. For a process it is someone's published playbook. The instruction is one line: research what already exists, tell me what to borrow and what to skip, then build. You get a better result and you skip the version of the problem somebody already solved.
