Sophie Levy is Founder and CEO of The Magnet Collective, an L&D model focused on building the human skills in next-generation leaders that AI cannot replace. She previously served at venture philanthropy firm New Profit, where she helped steward more than $25 million in philanthropic capital by bridging investors, nonprofit leaders, community partners, and internal teams. A summa cum laude graduate of American University, she also led a national fundraising team at DialogueDirect and conducted early research for Beit Hagefen’s inaugural “Third Space,” an Arab-Jewish cultural initiative in Haifa. Outside of work, Sophie has completed both the 400-mile Jordan Trail and the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail, experiences that deepened the resilience, adaptability, and cross-cultural fluency that shape her leadership.
